Texas Roadhouse - West Monroe: Authentic Steakhouse with Legendary Ribs & Burgers

Nice clean store it was only about half full so they weren't very busy at all but it took 50 minutes to get our meal. The salad and the bread of course came out right away but we had to wait for the main course. I had the ribeye and shrimp combo and Marilyn had the ribs. Everything tasted fine. We had to bring some back home with us.

We ate at the busiest time Saturday night- between 6-7pm. After utilizing call ahead seating, our experience was next to flawless. Our server was great, and we were able to get everything we ordered in a surprisingly short time considering how busy the restaurant was. The porterhouse was out of the world at 23oz. We also had the bacon cheeseburger as well chicken critters. Our apps were the snake bites and cactus blossom which were also great. Our server was courteous and understanding and the owner stopped by for a quick chat to see how the meal went. We were very impressed due to the volume of people being served and the accommodations provided were outstanding. A well-earned 5/5 stars!

I checked in via text!!! Best thing to do. It was graduation weekend so it was full. Food was great, waiter was good. She was busy but kept an eye on our table.

Great experience at Texas Roadhouse in Monroe, TX! I had the All-American Cheeseburger, and it was absolutely delicious. The charcoal-grilled flavor was perfect, giving it that classic, smoky taste I love. The burger was juicy, the toppings fresh, and the bun just right. The service was friendly and fast, making the whole visit even better. Definitely recommend if you’re craving a great burger.

Man, Texas Roadhouse is just great! Kinda got full off the side salad and delicious rolls, but ribeye was a perfect med-rare and so tender. Waitress was on point with the refills and to-go boxes; wasnt very busy as we go there shortly before 11am as well.

Well well well, let’s start off by saying great location. Me and my son set at the bar, the customers at the bar was really friendly. We had a great time talking with them. Sam was one of our bartender, she was very friendly too. The food was great, until I cleaned my plate. Setting at the bottom of my steak was two long strings of hair SMH. The killer part of this experience is the steak was delicious . I got the other bartender attention and just showed her the plate with hair on it. The manager was called and just removed it off my bill no questions asked. And I appreciate it. Too the management team: regardless of the type of service I receive, I’m that customer that leaves a review all the time. So the 2 stars review on service is based off of your handling or interaction with me. No apologizing for the hair did it. A 15 to 20 second conversation would have gotten you at least 2 more ⭐ ⭐. Let’s not skip the little things.

Great sirloin! Crazy tender. No fat. Seasoned nicely, but the meat was the star. COOKED TO PERFECTION! The cinamon butter for the rolls is really nice. Take home 6 rolls plus butter for only an extra $2.49. cheaper than the coke I got!! Same great tender steak. Same delicious cinnamon butter with the yeast rolls.
